Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ChaiXana ("we", "us"), operated by Kurdish City, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the ChaiXana app and related services (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information. As a guest we create a random device identifier and store the display name and gender you choose. If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or phone, we receive the name, profile photo, and email/phone you authorize the provider to share.
• Gameplay data. Matches, scores, level/XP, rank, virtual coins and items, friends, and rooms you join.
• Communications. Text chat (automatically moderated for offensive language), emotes, and reports you submit. Voice chat is transmitted in real time and is not recorded or stored by us.
• Purchases. Records of in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play Billing, or in non-Play builds by FIB; we do not store your full card or bank details.
• Technical & usage data. App version, device model and OS, IP address, connection/session logs, and basic diagnostics used for security, anti-cheat, and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To run the games, matchmaking, rooms, and accounts.
• To maintain leaderboards, ranks, seasons, and rewards.
• To process purchases and keep your wallet/items accurate.
• To protect the service — detect cheating and fraud and keep accounts secure.
• To moderate chat and handle reports, bans, and safety.
• To provide support and improve the App.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data only as needed with the providers that make the App work:

• Google — sign-in & Google Play Billing (policy).
• Meta / Facebook — optional sign-in (policy).
• Agora — real-time in-room voice (policy).
• FIB (First Iraqi Bank) — payments for non-Play (direct) builds.
• Hosting / CDN — our game server (VPS) and Cloudflare.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our players and service.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data, except limited records we must keep briefly for security, fraud prevention, or legal/financial obligations.

5. Your Choices & Rights

• Access & correction. View and edit your profile in the App.
• Account deletion. Settings → Account in the App, or email us from your registered address.
• Communications. Mute, block, and report other players in game.

6. Children

ChaiXana is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including server-side validation of game actions and purchases. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time and will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ChaiXana app and related services (the "App"), operated by Kurdish City. By using the App you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
• One account per person; do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• Do not impersonate others or use an offensive or misleading name.

3. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.

4. Virtual Items & Currency

• Coins, diamonds, cosmetics, and battle-pass rewards are virtual and licensed to you for in-App use only.
• They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out for real money.
• They are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or the platform's purchase policy.
• We may add, change, remove, or expire items and adjust prices at our discretion.
• ChaiXana is a game for entertainment — it is not gambling and offers no real-money winnings.

5. Purchases

Paid items are sold through Google Play Billing, or in non-Play builds through FIB, and are subject to that provider's terms and refund policies.

6. Fair Play & Conduct

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or modified clients, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Harass or abuse others, or use hate speech or offensive content in chat, voice, or names.
• Disrupt matches, rage-quit to avoid losses, or collude to manipulate results or rankings.
• Access other accounts or our systems without authorization, or use the App unlawfully.

7. Suspension & Termination

We may warn, mute, suspend, or ban accounts and remove virtual items for violations or to protect the service — without refund where permitted. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for loss of virtual items, data, or profits arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
